A free festival where costumes are welcome will return to a popular park in Winter Springs this weekend.
On Saturday, October 27, Central Winds Park (1000 Central Winds Drive in Winter Springs) will host the Hometown Harvest Festival and National Night Out from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The free event is open to all ages and will feature hayrides, bounce houses, fall activities, and food trucks. Children are encouraged to come dressed in spooky, wacky, fun costumes for the Winter Springs Got Talent competition.
The Winter Springs Police Department will also its National Night Out event simultaneously, allowing visitors to meet local officers and check out the vehicles and equipment they use to keep the community safe.
The food trucks attending the event include Gran Arepa, Nonnis Minis, The Knot, Jess’ Lemonade, and Mack Daddy Creams.
