At around 8:50 p.m., officers responded to to Cafe DaVinci at 112 W Georgia Avenue and located Michael I. Ribar, 22, who had a visible handgun on his right hip, according to DPD.
Officers removed the weapon for safety and discovered that there was a live round in the chamber. They seized Ribar’s ballistic vest, a black 9mm handgun, three loaded magazines and a tactical belt that had two handcuffs, a baton, and a medical kit.
