A masked teenager is wanted for allegedly attempting to steal footballs and helmets from a collectibles shop at the Oviedo Mall while his friends recorded him.
The individual featured in this story is wanted by the Oviedo Police Department in connection with an attempted theft at the Friendly Confines Collectibles, which is located at 1335 Oviedo Mall Boulevard in the Oviedo Mall.
According to OPD, the individual entered the store at while wearing a ski mask on Friday, November 10.
Police say the suspect is approximately 18 years old and stands 6’1″ tall. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants, and white black slides with white stripes.
In video surveillance, OPD says the teen is seen approaching the store “while two friends wait for him in the mall breezeway.” Police say that one of the friends is then seen “filming the incident.”
