A boutique brewery that will create craft beer, cider, and mead is hosting its grand opening on Black Friday.
Twelve Talons Beerworks will host a grand opening celebration for its new business on November 24. Located at 2807 E South Street within Orlando’s Milk District, the business soft opened in late September.
Twelve Talons Beerworks was founded in 2019 by co-owners and brewers Travis Smith and Daniel Diaz, who have over 25 years of combined brewing experience between them.
The name of the business is a reference to a mythical three-legged crow depicted in Japanese folklore.
According to the company, the brewery will serve IPA’s, sours, stouts, beers, ciders, and meads, and will feature a rotating tap lineup that appeals to different types of beer lovers.
According to the business, seating is available by reservation through the brewery’s website.

The brewery joins another similar business that opened its doors recently nearby.
In August, husband and wife Joe and Ginger Leigh opened Orlando’s first meadery, Zymarium, in the Mills 50 District.
