A business that serves Japanese soufflé pancakes just opened its first location in the United States in Orlando.
Fluffy Fluffy Orlando celebrated its grand opening at 2008 East Colonial Drive on November 4.
The new business specializes in Japanese pancakes made using a soufflé technique that makes the cake fluffier and jigglier than traditional pancakes.
The pancakes at Fluffy Fluffy feature a variety of toppings and combinations. From cookies and cream, to créme brulee, the shop puts a pancake spin on traditional desserts.
That includes flavors like Tiramisu, Nutella banana, and raspberry caramelized banana.

According to its website, the company will also offer “savory croffles,” which are panini-style sandwiches with waffles instead of bread.
Founded overseas as Fuwa Fuwa, which is Japanese for “fluffy, fluffy,” the company is currently in the midst of opening multiple locations across the United States, including spots in Texas and Georgia.
