A 29-year-old man is being accused of a fatally shooting a father of three in Orlando this past February.
Ricky Vigeroni Harley, Jr. has been charged with the second degree murder of Onel Deondre Lynch, a 27-year-old father that was killed on February 24.
During that shooting, Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 6400 block of N. Orange Blossom Trail at around 7:36 p.m. in reference to a shooting.
At the scene, Lynch and another individual were found suffering from gunshot wounds. Lynch was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
According to OCSO, Harley was in custody elsewhere in the state of Florida for an unrelated charge.
