He spent the 1970s as a senior sales executive with Siemens, developing a deep appreciation for Germany during his frequent visits. In 1981, Tom pursued the American Dream and became self-employed. Being his own boss allowed him to build a thriving business, where he worked tirelessly until his 80th birthday. Tom proudly served in the United States Army and had a strong military association. He cherished his time in the military and embraced the camaraderie and discipline it instilled in him. Tom’s educational journey began at St. Thomas Aquinas primary school and continued at Austin High School. He furthered his education at the College of Dupage.

Tom worshipped at Holy Family Catholic Church, where he found solace and peace. In his free time, Tom enjoyed watching Jeopardy and Fox News, cheering on the Chicago Bears, playing golf, and attending his grandchildren’s various activities.
