Thaddeus Mach

Thaddeus Mach age 101 of Menifee, California, formerly of Lake Mary, passed away January 6, 2024. He was born November 9, 1922 in Chicago, Illinois.

Mr. Mach served his country proudly with the United States Marine Corp. Serving in WWII and the Korean War as an aviator fighter pilot, retiring as Lieutenant Colonel, after 39 years of active service. Ted met and married Luceil Mach in Miami where he flew for North Eastern and Delta Airlines. The two would then move to California in 1977 until he retired as a pilot.

Mr. and Mrs. Mach moved to Lake Mary in 1994 to be closer to family. He was a member of Nativity Catholic Church.

Ted was predeceased by his wife Luceil Mach, and two sons Steven Lee and Michael Mach. He is survived by his son Edmund (Diane) Mach, two daughter-in-laws Susan Lee and Dahlia Mach.

Mr. Mach is also survived by five grandchildren Jenifer (Danny) Herlong, Beth Wilson, Patrick (Amanda) Lee, Christopher (Leighanne) Lee, Stacy (Philip) Mach, and eight great grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Nativity Catholic Church on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. inurnment with Military Honors will follow at All Souls Catholic Cemetery.
