Detectives investigating Kissimmee motel shooting that wounded two

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting incident at a Kissimmee motel that seriously injured two people last week.

The incident occurred on Thursday, March 7, at the Knights Inn located at 4651 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. When OCSO deputies arrived on scene, they discovered evidence that a shooting had taken place, according to the sheriff’s office.

At least two individuals sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries.

An investigation was immediately launched by OCSO, and it remains ongoing. Detectives are currently working to determine the circumstances of the shooting and to determine the suspect(s) responsible.

In a social media update on Thursday, March 14, the sheriff’s office stated that “neither victim desires prosecution in this matter.”

No further details were released regarding the shooting incident.
