Medina is being charged with lewd and lascivious behavior – exhibition and exposure of sexual organs (first offense). He is currently being held at Osceola County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

According to OPD, the female student was walking to Howard Middle School on Friday, May 3, at around 8:30 a.m., when the alleged incident occurred near the 200 block of N Eola Avenue.

The police department stated that Medina was in a blue sedan when he approached the female student on Friday morning. He was allegedly naked and proceeded to expose himself to the student while inside the vehicle.

The student was able to run away. She reported the incident to her mother, who then contacted law enforcement.

An investigation was launched by Orlando police, and detectives soon identified Medina as the suspect in this case.

“We are working to determine whether this was an isolated incident or if there may be other potential victims,” stated the Orlando Police Department in a media release on Monday night.
