The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting at an Orlando apartment complex that left one man dead on Tuesday night.
According to OCSO, deputies responded to the Park at Milano Apartment Homes located in the 600 block of Towne Square Way at around 9:35 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, in reference to a shooting incident.
When deputies arrived at the apartment complex, they located a man who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The victim has been identified by law enforcement as 30-year-old Berci Joseph.
In a media release on Wednesday morning, OCSO stated that homicide detectives are actively investigating the shooting.
No further details were provided by the sheriff’s office regarding the incident or any potential suspect(s).
