A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing and endangered 84-year-old man who was last seen at his home in Osceola County on Thursday.
According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Ezequiel Barrera was reported missing on Friday, August 1. He was last seen on Thursday, July 31, at his residence, which is located near Gold Dust Circle in Kissimmee.
OCSO stated that one of Barrera’s relatives dropped him off at his home prior to his disappearance.
At around 10 a.m. on August 1, Barrera’s relatives discovered that he was not in the home, and his vehicle – a 2017 gray Toyota Highlander with Florida license plate Z02ARI – was also missing. The vehicle is identifiable by a Colombian flag and a religious cross displayed on the dashboard.

In a social media post, OCSO said that Barrera’s vehicle was last detected by traffic cameras at around 1 p.m. on August 1 in Gibsonia, Florida.
Barrera stands 5’3” tall, weighs around 170 pounds, has brown eyes, and is bald. He also has a mustache and uses a walking cane.
