Kissimmee police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who was involved in an armed robbery at a local bank on Friday morning.

Shortly after 9:45 a.m. on Friday, January 23, Kissimmee Police Department officers responded to the Fifth Third Bank located at 1401 Simpson Road in reference to a robbery involving a firearm, according to KPD.

The police department stated that the suspect entered the bank while armed with a handgun, approached an employee, and “demanded money.”

There were no injuries reported.

At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a fluorescent long-sleeve shirt, blue jeans, brown boots, a face mask, and a camouflage hat.
