A 51-year-old man is behind bars after he was allegedly caught engaging in a “sexual performance” with a vacuum cleaner in front of a residence in Kissimmee.
On Thursday, January 22, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Grassendale Street, in the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, after receiving reports of a man “exposing his sexual organs” in front of a home in the area, according to OCSO.
The male suspect in this case was identified as Oviedo resident Kevin Dale Westerhold.
Several victims had witnessed the incident, and they provided a cellphone recording of Westerhold in front of the home. The video footage allegedly showed Westerhold “engaged in a sexual performance with a vacuum cleaner” while “partially clothed.”
Westerhold had left the area prior to the arrival of law enforcement.
OCSO stated that an ensuing investigation revealed that Westerhold and his wife are listed as the host of an Airbnb on Grassendale Street, as well as a home on Almaton Loop. Both properties are located in the Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee.
The sheriff’s office also mentioned that a nearby resident had filed a complaint the previous day after Westerhold allegedly walked in a “shared hallway space [while] nude.” Deputies reviewed video footage from a ring camera, which allegedly captured this incident.
During the investigation, a deputy canvassed the area on Almaton Loop and spoke with other residents that “provided statements of similar behavior by (Westerhold).” These incidents had been reported to the Homeowners Association (HOA) in December.
The deputy was provided video surveillance footage of these “similar incidents” that allegedly showed Westerhold “partially clothed or nude within the hallway of the residence.”
A warrant was issued, and Westerhold was located near his Oviedo home and placed under arrest on Tuesday, January 26. He was then booked into Seminole County Jail and charged with exposure of sexual organs.
