A 29-year-old Brevard County man will spend the rest of his life in federal prison for coercing and enticing two Filipino children to engage in sexual activity.

On Friday, Melbourne resident Kasey James Caudill received the life sentence, nearly nine months after he pleaded guilty to the coercion and enticement charges.

According to court records, in August 2024, Caudill “persuaded, induced, enticed, or coerced” two minor victims to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Both victims resided in the Philippines.

Court records further show that Caudill sent an unspecified amount of money to the victims’ caregiver via PayPal in return for videos and images of CSAM depicting her children, ages 7 and 12.

Caudill was taken into custody, and he entered a guilty plea on August 5, 2025.

“Those who target, exploit, and abuse children should know that we will leave no stone unturned to bring them to justice,” said U.S. Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe. “I applaud our law enforcement partners for their diligence and cooperation in investigating this case beyond our borders.”

This case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigations, Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, and Florida Department of Corrections Probation and Parole.
