Dale was married for 49 wonderful years to the love of his life, Barbara Gwen Sharritt. Together they built a large, loving family that was the center of his world. Nothing brought him more joy than gathering his family together, cooking meals for them, sharing stories, and making memories that will be cherished for generations.

Known for his strong work ethic, Dale never shied away from a challenge. He spent eight years working out of state on oil tankers, providing for his family through his dedication and sacrifice. He had a remarkable talent for building and fixing just about anything. Whether it was constructing something with his hands, repairing an engine, or solving a mechanical problem, Dale could always be counted on to get the job done. If it had a motor, he wanted to work on it.

In his free time, Dale enjoyed watching NASCAR races and WWE wrestling, hobbies he followed with enthusiasm throughout his life. He was happiest when surrounded by family, working on a project, or lending a helping hand to someone who needed it.

Dale is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara Gwen Sharritt; his sons, Jason, Jesse, Joey, and Jeremy Sharritt; his daughters, Janelle, Jennifer, Ashlyn Rammacher, Kaitlyn, and Christa; his brothers, Douglas and David Sharritt; his sisters, Dianna and Dawn Sharritt; his grandchildren, J’Lynn, Tyler, Brittany, Bradley, Tiffiny, Auria, Silas, Remmington, Bryson, Dusty, Ashton, Dakota, Jessica, JJ, Maderia, Elizabeth, Ryan, Emma, Yanessa, James, Maxwell, and Zebediah; and his great-grandchildren, Delilah, Kenneth, Kaniyah, My’Kale, Jaxton, and Hayden.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sharritt and Eileen Sharritt.

Dale will be remembered for his hard-working spirit, his mechanical talents, his generous heart, and the deep love he had for his family. His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched, the lessons he taught, and the family he loved so dearly. Though he will be deeply missed, his memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
