Stephen Eric Bacon, of Orlando , Florida, passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 68.

Stephen was born on April 23, 1958, in Winter Park, Florida, to Leon and Sarah Bacon.
Stephen will be remembered as an incredibly hardworking man and devoted provider who spent his life taking care of the people he loved. He was incredibly strong and resilient, facing years of health challenges with determination and perseverance. His strength, endurance, and fighting spirit were an inspiration to those who knew him.

Family was always at the center of his life, and he showed his love through his dedication, generosity, loyalty, and steady presence. He was a loving husband to Deborah Parrett and a proud father to his daughters, Erica Allison and her husband Jonathan Allison, and Danielle Ringer and her husband Martin Perez Cardenas. One of his greatest joys was being a grandfather “Papa” to his granddaughter, Sarah Allison, who brought him so much pride and true happiness. Stephen also leaves behind his sister, Susan Morgan and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Sarah Bacon; his brothers, Shawn and Larry Bacon; his sister, Peggy and her husband Jim Kniesly; and his brother in law John Morgan. Stephen was known for his straightforward nature and occasional gruffness, but those who loved him knew that beneath that was a man with a big heart who cared deeply for the people he loved.

He enjoyed watching NASCAR, spending time with friends and family, and sharing quiet evenings with his wife Debbie watching old movies and crime documentaries together. Stephen’s legacy is one of hard work, strength, love, generosity, and always showing up for the people who mattered most to him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
