Cuban Sandwich Festival will see biggest sandwich world record attempt this weekend

The Cuban Sandwich Festival will return to central Florida this weekend with a world record attempt to craft the world’s largest cuban sandwich.

The seventh annual installment of the event returns on Sunday, May 1, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Kissimmee Lakefront Park, which is located at 201 Lakeview Drive.

The free event will feature live music, dance performances, beer, wine, food, and the world record attempt, which is currently set at 245 feet. Event organizers will look to build a sandwich that is approximately 250 feet.

The festival will also feature multiple, local restaurants competing for the 2022 Best Cuban Sandwich in the World.
