Brothers arrested for murder of 23-year-old man in Winter Park

Two brothers from Orlando have been arrested and charged with the murder of a 23-year-old man who was found dead in Winter Park last month.

Christopher O’Brien Burke, 23, and Caleb O’Brien Burke, 20, were arrested on Friday, February 10 by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Both men face first degree murder and robbery charges in connection with the homicide of Lukman Attah-Slater Mohammed.

Mohammed was found on January 6 by Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the 3100 block of Terry Broom Drive after they received calls regarding a man down. Mohammed, who was suffering from gunshot wounds, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The brothers are currently being held at the Orange County Jail on no bond.
