Road rage shooting injures one in Winter Springs, police looking for suspect

Law enforcement authorities are asking the public for any information that may help them find the vehicle and person responsible for a road rage shooting that injured a man on Tuesday morning.

Seminole County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the scene of a road rage shooting near the intersection of Red Bug Lake Road and Tuskawilla Road just before noon on Tuesday, March 28.

Detectives say that at least one shot traveled through a car door and struck the driver, a 34-year-old man, in his leg. The man was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the suspect may have been driving a dark colored sports car, possibly a Camaro or Mustang. No other information was released about the suspect or the incident.
