Noyda Esther Muniz-Rolon

Noyda Esther Muñiz-Rolon who loved to be called “Nana”, passed away surrounded by her loving kids in Windermere, Florida on April 30, 2022. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico on November 11, 1951. She is survived by her husband, Neal, sons Anthony and Luis, daughters Maureen and Ali, and, as she always wanted, 20 loving grandchildren.

Noyda was raised by her mother in the colorful neighborhood of “El Bronx, NY”, a place she cherished and always remembered with joy. In 1998 she met the love of her life, Neal and later on, she fulfilled her dream of living in front of the beach for 18 years, with her husband, in sunny Puerto Rico. She worked in the hospitality industry and spent her free time with friends at the beach, her favorite place. She loved watching the Today Show, her soap operas, listen to salsa music and go shopping. Most of all she was proud of her family and cherished time spent with them, especially her beloved grandchildren. Nana will always be remembered for her kind heart

Services will be held at First Baptist Church of Orlando, Language Ministry Center on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 6:45 pm.
