Fresh & Co. partnering with local farmers for new Orlando location

A New York-based, family-owned business will partner with local farmers to bring a new restaurant concept to Orlando.

Fresh & Co. cut the ribbon on its first location and celebrated the grand opening of it’s first Florida location at 7728 West Sand Lake Road.

The company got its start in New York in 2010 and now operates multiple locations in the state.

“We partner with local farmers and even have our own fresh&co farm in Long Island, where we grow produce with the goal of providing hyper-local seasonal fruits and veggies to all of our NYC restaurants,” reads the company’s website.

Fresh & Co. features a variety of chef-designed salads and grain bowls, most of which are fewer than 400 calories. The restaurant also offers sandwiches and soups, in addition to a juicebar and other healthy treats.

Breakfast dishes, which are served daily until 11 a.m., include brioche french toast with hot honey chicken, shakshuka, and egg sandwiches, among others.

Located in Plaza Venezia, the new location is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
