Crystal Michel Lake

Crystal Michel Lake, 46 of Winter Garden, Florida passed away peacefully on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Advent Health in Orlando, Florida, surrounded by her loved ones.

Crystal was born on July 12, 1976, in the District of Columbia. Crystal was raised in Southern Maryland. Crystal was married to Kenneth Jay Lake Jr.

Crystal was a registered nurse at the time of her death, employed by Advent Health. She began her career in public service as a volunteer in Southern Maryland in the mid 90’s. She received her NREMT-Paramedic in 2004. Crystal went on to earn her BSN followed by her MBA degree through Embry Riddle. Crystal was a very hard-working mother and wife. She enjoyed spending time with her three sons. She was also a very involved hockey mom and enjoyed many road-trips with her “Littles”. Everyone that knew Crystal would tell you that she was a quick-witted and kind friend. She will be truly missed by all.

Besides her husband, Crystal; she is survived by three children, Jay Lake, Collin Lake, and Ethan Lake, all of Winter Garden, Florida.

There will be a Celebration of Life on June 7th. Details at a later date.
