Burglary suspect wanted by Volusia police

Law enforcement authorities are asking the public for help to identify an individual who burglarized the back porch of a home in Volusia County.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, the man featured in this story was recorded entering the back porch of an Orange City home recently.

While the man was roaming around the back porch, the victim’s security camera caught the suspect stealing a fire pit, cooler, shoes, a pressure washer, and an extension cord.

Police are asking anyone with information about this incident or the man’s identity to contact Volusia County Sheriff’s Office Detective Martir at 386-668-3830 in reference to case number 23-10000.
