The Sanford Police Department is asking the public for donations for its Back-to-School Supply Drive this week.
The school drive will take place on Friday, July 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Walmart located at 1601 Rinehart Road in Sanford.
This is the first ‘Cram the Cruiser Back-to-School Supply Drive’ that SPD is hosting. They are looking to collect school supplies such as pens, pencils, crayons, glue, folders, notebooks, backpacks, erasers, and paper.
There will also be a donation box in the front lobby of the Public Safety Complex, located at 815 Historic Goldsboro Blvd in Sanford.
