Theresa Adcock

Theresa Marie Adcock passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on August 3, 2023. She was born on June 29, 1947 to Lee Livingston Terry and Helen Francis Hill at Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

She graduated from Boone High in Orlando, Florida. Theresa graduated from University of Alabama Huntsville with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and a minor in English. She did hospital nursing in Florida in the cities of Pensacola, Tallahassee, Dade City and Orlando as well as the Virginia and Washington D.C. areas. She also did home healthcare nursing.

She was an avid reader who loved a good mystery and loved bird watching. Theresa was a compassionate loving person and always stood up for the little guy. She was a truly loyal person and would fiercely defend those that she loved and cared for.

She is survived by her husband of over 42 years, John Phillip Adcock and 2 sons, Timothy Mark and Sean Halley. She was dearly loved by her husband and sons and will be missed. She is a born again Christian and is in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
