Joyce Ellen Conover

Joyce E. Conover of Windermere, Florida passed away on May 26, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.

She is survived by her loving husband Peter Conover, brother Gregory Simpson, children Jeffrey R. Conover and Jennifer Marciniak, and four grandchildren Grace, Garrett, Anna and Charlotte.

Joyce retired from nursing after a long career to care for her grandchildren. Joyce loved animals and spent her life rescuing and advocating on their behalf. She was artistic, creative and curious and never missed an opportunity to share her passions with the people around her. She loved music, toffee nut lattes, peppermint ice cream, and laughing. She had a quick wit and perfect comedic timing. She was happiest surrounded by her family and took such joy in every gathering. She created a home that welcomed family and friends alike; no one was ever a stranger in her presence! Joyce led her family with warmth, kindness and pride.

She is forever loved and adored by her family, and the impact of her loss is immeasurable. She was truly one of a kind, and the world is a better place for the time she spent in it!

She will forever be our “Angel” and “Pineapple”. We promise to uphold her legacy and keep her presence alive throughout eternity.

Joyce’s funeral arrangements are in the caring guidance of Winter Oak Funeral Home and Cremations,
