Deli Fresh mobile food truck temporarily shut down after failed health inspection

A mobile food dispensing vehicle in south Orlando was forced to temporarily shut down after a health inspector cited over a dozen violations.

According to a report from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the business, which lists its address as 701 W Lancaster Road, was forced to temporarily close on Thursday, June 2 after a health inspector cited 13 food inspection violations.

Five of the violations were considered high priority, including roach activity. The report states that a total of 11 live roaches were found during the inspection, as well as multiple dead roaches.

In addition to roaches, live, small flying insects were located in the kitchen.

On Monday, June 6, after a reinspection, the business was permitted to reopen after only two violations remained.
