Michael Ahearn

Michael was survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lana, his son Michael Ahearn, and daughters Kimberly (James) Stewart, and Kristin Jonaitis, brothers John Ahearn, Daniel Ahearn, and Thomas Ahearn, sisters Anne Marie Zadzora, Patricia Frimel, and Kathleen Turano, granddaughters Alysse (Josh) Ahearn, Cassandra Ruston, Melanie Jonaitis, Ryan Stewart, and Samantha Jonaitis, and grandsons James Stewart III, and Ryker Stewart, great grandsons Josh Velazquez, and Anthony Velazquez, great granddaughters Alyvia Velazquez, and Alana Velazquez. He was predeceased by his loving parents John and Marie Ahearn, sister Eileen Ahearn, brothers Brian Ahearn, and Kevin Ahearn.

Michael served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War as a Jet Engine Mechanic achieving the rank of Sargent. During Michaels military career he received the NDSM; VSM W/2BSS; AFGCM; RVCM: AFM 900-3 medals. After his years of service in the military he was a Master Carpenter for more than 40 years. After a well-earned retirement Michael enjoyed traveling the world with his devoted wife. He was the rock of his family and was a man that was respected by all who were blessed to know him.
