Sex offender who cut off ankle monitor wanted by authorities

The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate a 35-year-old registered sex offender who allegedly cut off his GPS ankle monitor.

Ridge White allegedly cut the ankle monitor on Wednesday, November 8. White was last seen at approximately 7 p.m. in the wooded area at 5025 South Rail Avenue.

According to OCSO, White has gunshot scars on his abdomen, chest, and right and left legs. He also has the following tattoos: A woman’s devil face on his upper right arm, angels on his left wrist, a skull on his right leg and upper left arm, “Hell boy” on his back, “Cariene” on his right hand, “Panne” and a skull with a horn on his left hand, a “Mortal Kombat” symbol on his neck, a stitch on his right wrist, and a scorpion, “R.J.,” and “11/13/14” on his lower right arm.

The sheriff’s office says a warrant has been obtained for White’s arrest in reference to a violation in probation. White has an extensive criminal history, and authorities are advising residents to not attempt to contact him.
