Santa on shift at the Winter Park Fire Department

A local fire station in Winter Park will have Santa on shift for kids of all ages to come and visit.

Santa will be at the Winter Park Fire Station 61 (343 W Canton Ave.) on Monday, December 4, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

During the event, WPFD will host a special craft station for kids to write their letter to Santa and drop it in the official North Pole mailbox.

Guests can tour the trucks, try on gear, and even meet Firefighter Nicholas Claus before he returns to the North Pole. Secure a spot on the nice list by bringing a donation of canned goods or pet food to be donated to local charitable organizations.

After the event, guests are encouraged to drive through Park Avenue and enjoy the city’s holiday lights.

For more information on the event, visit the Santa on Shift Facebook page.
