Orlando police searching for missing girl

The Orlando Police Department is asking the public for help to locate a girl who has been missing since Monday afternoon.

According to OPD, Janaiah Jackson was reported missing by her mother on Monday, April 15. Law enforcement believes that Janaiah ran away instead of getting on a school bus at approximately 3:15 p.m.

When Janaiah was last seen, she was wearing black sweatpants, a black hoodie, and white and black shoes.

Janaiah may be in the St. Augustine area.

OPD states that Janaiah has a medical condition that requires medication.
