Video: Man shot, killed by Orange County police moments after brother fatally shot

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has released video of an officer-involved shooting that claimed the life of a 28-year-old Orlando man just moments after his brother was fatally shot by a separate individual.

After responding to reports of a shooting on August 6, the video shows the moment that police discovered 28-year-old Bryan Richardson in possession of a gun at the scene.

The video shows officers as they approach the body of 21-year-old Dylan Jimenez, who was shot and killed at the Heritage Hotel located at 7900 S. Orange Blossom Trail.

As the officers tend to Jimenez, witnesses alert them to the fact that Richardson, who is standing close by, is carrying a gun.
