Multiple boat ramps reopen in Osceola County as flooding recedes

Seven boat ramps throughout Osceola County have reopened as of Friday after two weeks of closures due to Hurricane Ian.

According to county officials, the seven boat ramps are located at Lake Marian, Southport, Sexton Park, Trout Landing, Smith’s Landing, Joe Overstreet, and Granada Boulevard.

Multiple ramps will remain closed due to hazards related to the flooding. Those include Whaley’s Landing, Lake Cypress, Partin Triangle, and C-Gate 33.
