UPDATE: Authorities have made an arrest in the case as of this afternoon.
Local law enforcement authorities are still looking for a man who was videotaped in an attempt to kidnap a child walking down an Orange County road.
The attempted kidnapping took place on Monday morning around 7:30 a.m. near the intersection of Semoran Boulevard and Dahlia Drive.
In a video posted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, a man is seen attempting to grab the child in the Azalea Park neighborhood.
The suspect grabbed the child, but fortunately, the child was able to get away. The man then fled in what detectives believe is a third generation (i.e., 2006-2012) white, Toyota RAV4.
