Smoke & Donuts working on new location in Colonialtown

Smoke & Donuts, which established a strong Orlando following through online catering and delivery services, will try its hand at a new brick and mortar location.

The business is currently building out its first restaurant in Orlando’s Colonialtown neighborhood at 615 N Primrose Drive.

After bids in catering, online delivery, and a temporary home at Á La Cart, Smoke & Donuts will feature the mainstays that brought it success with locals.

That includes an extensive, and creative, offering of donuts like the Salty Englishman, which features a Maker’s Mark Bourbon and Maple glaze, Heath bar, and sea salt.

In addition to the in-house creations, the restaurant offers create-your-own donuts that may be topped with a wide variety of toppings, including rainbow sprinkles, broken Oreos, Nutella, and even brisket burnt ends.

Before trying any sweets at the restaurant, diners will face a tough choice among the classic barbecue options of chicken, brisket, both sliced and chopped, and pulled pork.
