Local organizations will host a bar crawl fundraiser in Sanford’s historic downtown district this week.
Rotary District 6980 will host the Oktoberfest Bar-crawl and B.R.E.W. Fellowship event on Wednesday, October 12, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will kick off at Hollerbach’s German Restaurant, which is located at 201 E 1st Street in downtown Sanford.
The cost to participate is $50 and includes snacks at Hollerbach’s, as well as one beer from each location. The crawl will feature stops at Deviant Wolf, Dee’s Brothers, Sanford Brewing Company, and Wop’s Hops.
Event organizers say that $10 of each ticket sale goes back to the BREW Fellowship.
