All lanes of a busy roadway in Maitland were closed this afternoon as crews deal with a multi-vehicle accident.
Personnel from the Maitland Police Department and Maitland Fire Rescue responded to the intersection of Maitland Boulevard and Maitland Avenue on Thursday, February 2 after receiving reports regarding a crash.
According to authorities, all lanes of eastbound Maitland Avenue were temporarily closed as of 3:30 p.m.
Emergency personnel are advising anyone near the area to proceed with extreme caution or to avoid the area altogether until further notice.
