Staci Renee Morgan Novotny

Staci passed on December 7, 2022, after a nearly three year hard fought battle with colorectal cancer. She leaves behind her loving husband, Harry and beautiful daughter, Olive. Also her mother, Diane Bonheim, aunt Becky Bracey (Jeff), cousins Chad (Chelsea), and Todd (Lydia), and uncle Alan Holte. Staci was predeceased by her Dad, Frank Bonheim.

Staci was a local girl, born in ORMC on July 20, 1973. She attended Trinity Lutheran School from pre-K through 8th grade. The family relocated to Boca Raton where she attended Boca High School. She received her Associates degree from Palm Beach Community College and her B.A. in sociology from North Carolina State University.

On January 7, 2006, Staci & Harry began a relationship filled with love and laughter. They married on February 9, 2008, at the Lake Nona Country Club. On December 22, 2010, they welcomed their greatest gift, Ms. Olive Kate Novotny, into the world.

Staci’s greatest joy was being a wife to Harry and mother to Olive. She was a committed wife and mother, who never missed an opportunity to find joy and laughter in any situation. Her laughter and smile lit up a room in a way that is sorely missed every day. She found joy in finding ways to make everyone feel special whether with an unexpected gift or card with a handwritten note to make you feel special. Staci’s mission in life was to bring joy to those around her. Her family feels her loss every moment of every day. She is no longer in pain, no longer suffering and she is with God now watching over all of us.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12pm, Saturday, April 15 2023, at Tuscawilla Country Club, 1500 Winter Springs Blvd, Winter Springs, FL 32708.
