A New York-inspired tapas restaurant is currently under buildout at a new location in downtown Orlando.
White Rabbit is currently building out the space at 27 E Robinson Street, just two doors down from Craft and Common.
The new restaurant concept will feature NYC-inspired decor including a brick exterior, and white and gold trims and finishes.
The menu will feature Latin American and American flavors, and will be created by Chef Fabiano Almos, who is the mastermind behind dishes at Maxine’s on Shine and Vines Grille and Wine Bar.
Featured dishes include seafood paella, empanadas, charred grilled octopus, lamb lollipops, wagyu beef sliders, elevated flat-bread, fried pork chunks, and wings, among others.
In addition to food, the restaurant’s cocktail menu will feature classics and twists on old cocktail favorites from around the world.
The new business joins a growing list of businesses that have opened new locations in downtown Orlando.
That includes Ding Tea, Tacos My Guey, Taco Kat, Solita, Stemma Craft Coffee, Double O’s Coffee, Huey Magoo’s, Pup’s Pub, Parlay, Bellhop, High-T, High Tide, Proper, and Game Room and Social Club, all of which have opened in the past year.
Multiple other businesses are in the midst of building out or developing new locations in downtown as well. That includes Birria1983, which will take over the former home of Graffiti Junktion, and Schmankerl Stub’n, a German scratch kitchen that is replacing the recently shuttered Neon Beach.
