Missing 33-year-old man attempted self harm before disappearance

The family of a missing man says that they witnessed him attempt an act of self harm before he went missing.

On Tuesday, Sanford Police Department reported that family members of 33-year-old Rajesh Ramesar contacted police to report that he was missing and endangered.

A family member told authorities that before his disappearance, Ramesar attempted to do “self-harm” and was stopped before “any injury occurred,” according to a statement from SPD.

Ramesar left the area on foot prior to officers arriving on the scene and has been missing ever since.

Ramesar stands 5’9″ tall, weighs approximately 155 pounds, and has black hair.
