On December 3,2023, Ms. Doris Violet Brown was called to her eternal home. She was born on October 12, 1932 in St Kitts.
She enjoyed a successful clerical career with the Government of USVI. She spent her final years in sunny Oviedo, Florida. She will be laid to rest in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, USVI.
