Stanley Clayton Thompson

Stanley Clayton Thompson, 70, of Winter Garden, Florida passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 in Orlando, Florida.

Stanley was born on April 5, 1953 in Ozark, Alabama. He was predeceased by his parents William and Arlene Thompson; his brothers William Douglas Thompson and Donald Thompson.

Graduate of Lakeview High School Class of ’71. Attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he made lifelong friends. Stanley was a proud veteran of the United States Marines.

Stanley worked many years in various roles for the Walt Disney Company. A man of faith he was a loving son, brother, uncle and friend. Everyone who knew Stanley would tell you he was a kind and helpful person, a friend you could always count on. He will be truly missed by all.

He is survived by a sister Jane Hughes (Mark) of Winter Garden and brother Jimmie Thompson (Diane) of Orlando, Florida. Nieces Amy Hughes Tiller (Robert), Katie Connors (John). Great-nieces Alina and Alice.
