An Orlando restaurant that was previously recognized by Michelin has just been named one of the top 100 restaurants in the country by a popular food review website.
Yelp recently published its Top 100 US Restaurants for 2024, naming dozens of businesses from across the United States that make a wide variety of dishes.
Although this year’s list featured over a dozen restaurants from Florida, Edoboy was the sole restaurant in the Orlando area to make the list.
Edoboy was the first standing sushi bar in the area, opening its doors in July 2022. The 8-person standing sushi bar is the creation of Sean “Sonny” Nguyen, who has had success amongst diners with Domu & Tori Tori.
Every week, Edoboy releases its reservation schedule. The restaurant does not provide seats and most dinner tastings take around an hour.
In 2023, Edoboy was named as one of the must-try eateries in the area by the MICHELIN Guide.
The restaurant is open Thursday through Monday, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 728 N. Thornton Avenue. For more information, visit Edoboy online.
