Andrew Joseph Mallon died unexpectedly on April 21 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 39.
Andrew was born on February 15th, 1985, in Silver Spring, Maryland. After relocating to Florida, Andrew made many lifelong friends at Holy Family Catholic School. He graduated from Bishop Moore High School in Orlando, Florida in 2003. He further matriculated at USF in Tampa, Florida; UCF in Orlando, Florida; Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois and St. John Vianney Seminary in Miami, Florida.
Andrew loved and enjoyed his family and friends. He cherished his family and regularly called each of us to keep us connected. He relished the time he spent with his nieces and nephews. Andrew took great care of his parents and brought joy into our hearts.
Andrew’s lifelong passions included his Catholic Faith, Martial Arts, Star Wars, Disney World, Washington Capitals, Japanese culture, playing on-line and board games, Lego, and his Irish heritage.
Andrew is survived by his father and mother Charles and Arleen Mallon, Sr; his brothers and sisters, Charles Mallon Jr and wife Jennifer, Colleen Muldoon and husband Timothy, Michael Mallon and wife Melissa, and MaryBeth Johnson and husband Keith; his nieces and nephews, Charles Mallon III, Patrick Mallon, Mary Theresa Andrews and husband Trevor, Timothy Muldoon, McKinley Muldoon, Riordan Muldoon, Maggie Muldoon, Janet Mallon, Erin Elligson and husband James, Brett Mallon, Ben Mallon, Raine Mallon, Karl Johnson and AnneMarie Johnson; great nieces and nephews Owen Andrews, Ella Andrews, Connor Elligson, Scarlett Elligson; and his honorary brothers, Kevin and Bryant Lee and family; along with many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Andrew shall remain forever in the hearts and minds of all who were blessed to know him. He shall always be with us spiritually.
