A Lebanese restaurant in south Orlando was forced to temporarily close its doors after it failed a food health inspection.
Flame Kabob, which is located at 7536 Dr. Phillips Boulevard #350, temporarily closed up shop on Wednesday, December 21, after an inspector with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation cited at least a dozen health code violations.
Among the violations were two considered high priority, including the presence of rodent activity as evidenced by droppings found on a hand sink, under a push cart, and other areas around the kitchen.
The restaurant was permitted to reopen later on Wednesday after a follow-up inspection yielded only eight health code violations, with none considered high priority.
