23-year-old dies after crashing into fence, bridge support in Geneva

A 23-year-old Oviedo man was killed Sunday evening after his vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a fence and a bridge support.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the fatal accident took place near the intersection of State Road 46 and State Road 453 on Sunday, January 15, at around 7:35 p.m.

The man was driving a 2013 Ford F-450 eastbound on SR 46, east of SR 453 in the outside lane. For unknown reasons, the vehicle ran off the roadway to the right and collided with a fence.

The vehicle continued in a southeasterly direction and collided with a bridge support.

The man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
