Dutch Bros opening multiple locations in Orlando area in aggressive expansion

A company that got its start in Oregon in the early 90s is in the midst of an aggressive expansion into the Orlando area.

Dutch Bros Coffee is currently working on nearly a half dozen locations scattered throughout Orange and Osceola counties.

According to construction records, the business is in various stages of planning or constructing three locations in Orlando and additional locations in Kissimmee and Four Corners.

Although construction on the three Orlando locations is not expected to start until February 2024, no firm timeline has been established for the three Orlando-based coffee shops. Construction records show that those three locations will be on Lake Underhill Road, Narcoossee Road, and Apopka Vineland Road.

Construction of the Kissimmee location, which will be situated at the intersection of W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway and Everglades Circle, is slated to begin this fall, while construction of the Four Corners location is scheduled to begin around the same time. Similarly, the timeline for development of those locations is also fluid.

Dutch Bros was founded as a pushcart in 1992 in downtown Grants Pass, Oregon by brothers Dane and Travis Boersma. The business first began franchising in 2000 and as of December 2022, there are over 670 locations across 14 states.
