Children are invited to take part in a Nintendo video game design class at the Orlando Public Library this week.
The library, which is located at 101 E Central Boulevard, will host a Nintendo Game Design class on Friday, March 10, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. During the class, students will construct their own Super Mario levels with enemies, obstacles, and rewards. The class is available to children ages 10 to 12, and should last an hour and a half.
There is an “out-of-district” fee of $10 associated with the class, and materials will be provided. Basic computer skills are required to participate.
An adult or caregiver must accompany children 10 years of age or younger while they are attending an event.
For more information on this event or others like it, visit the Orange County Public Library System website.
