Margaret M. Williams

God has called one of his daughter’s to eternal rest on March 11, 2023 at her home in Orlando, Fl.

Mrs. Margaret M. Williams was the daughter of the late John Butler McAllister and Julia McAllister.

Margaret was born on July 1, 1928 in Lagoon, North Carolina where she was raised and attended school. She gave her life to Christ at a young age and loved attending church. She was an avid tambourine player during church services.

She was married at a young age to the late James Williams.

Margaret worked as a seamstress making military uniforms at Gayle Fashion in the 1960s. She moved to Orlando, FL in the late 70s and began working as a Certified Nursing Assistant. After retiring she was a volunteer minister at the local correctional center. She loved helping others.

Margaret leaves to cherish her memory three daughters: Julia Parker of Orlando, FL, Dorthy Lovely of Fayetteville, NC and Phillip Nogueras of Orlando, FL; three sons: James Williams of Clinton, NC, Jessie Williams of Orlando, FL and Paul Williams of Orlando, FL; sister Sandra Anders of Clinton, NC; Fifteen grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: John Henry McAllister, Floyd Williams McAllister and Oletha Rhodie of Lagoon, NC.

Our hearts are full of love and gratitude to all of you. Your prayers, words of consolation and other acts of kindness have sustained us through the passing of our loved one. Thank God for your Love.

Mother,
We promise not to worry because we know you are at rest and all of your life you did your best. We remember your love, laughter and the fun we had. Most of all we remember your walk with the Lord dear mom. Even in your weakest hour you had a praise on your lips and a glow of peace on your face. Your battle has been fought, the victory won. Precious memories of you will remain forever in our hearts. We love you Mother. -Your Children
